Gustavo Valdez, known as "Gus the Bus", has been an integral part of Savage Land Solutions since its inception. Originally from Veracruz, Mexico, Gustavo relocated to Texas in 2004 and has since dedicated his career to the landscape, hardscape, and irrigation industries. With over 27 years of comprehensive experience spanning both commercial and residential sectors, Gustavo is a vital leader at Savage Land, overseeing all field operations across Texas.

As Director of Field Operations, Gustavo leverages his extensive expertise to ensure seamless project execution and operational efficiency. His hands-on approach and deep understanding of the industry allow him to navigate the complexities of large-scale field management with precision. Gustavo’s leadership and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in establishing Savage Land’s reputation for quality and reliability.

Gustavo resides in Georgetown, Texas, with his wife, Yesenia, and their three children—Angel, Monserrat, and John. Outside of work, he enjoys ranching with his family and managing his properties throughout Texas, embracing his love for the land and outdoor living.
